Business spread: While business is generally spread between a number of the above product providers, the vast majority of risk insurance business has been placed with Hollard and FMI over the past twelve months.

Principal Broker Experience: Thirty-two years experience in Commercial Banking, Life Insurance, Short Term Insurance, Investments and Marketing.

Fees and Charges: Remuneration is derived from a combination of commissions and fees. Fees and charges are levied as per pre-determined rates for services rendered. Professional Financial Solutions reserves the right to, in its absolute discretion, negotiate, discount, offset, waive and increase rates, charges and commissions when necessary. Schedules of rates and charges are available on request. Commissions earned by PFS from business conducted with its clients is deemed to be full or part-remuneration (whatever the case may be) for services delivered to the client and should such commissions be, in part or completely, reversed or recovered from PFS for any reason, PFS in its absolute discretion reserves the right to claim such reversed or recovered commissions from the client.
Code of Conduct: Professional Financial Solutions subscribes to the Code of Conduct as set out by Masthead Financial Advisors Association, but also observes the Professional Codes as set out by the Financial Planning Institute of S.A. and the Financial Intermediaries Association.
Complaints Resolution Policy: PFS has a Complaints Policy in place. The details of which are available for inspection on request.
